Voxley is an AI-powered service that helps businesses respond to Google Business Profile reviews. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and application (the "Service").

  • Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up via Google or email magic link.
  • Business information: Google Business Profile location names, review content, and metadata necessary to generate and post replies.
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: log data, device information, and analytics about how you interact with the Service.

4. Google data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access review data and post replies using Google's APIs under the scope you authorize. We use this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your Google data to third parties. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or within Voxley.

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service:

  • Supabase: authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Google: Business Profile and OAuth authentication
  • Anthropic: AI reply generation
  • Vercel: application hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@getvoxley.com or info@orbytechconsultancy.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
